  • So, Mike? I haven’t seen your board since Prague 97. It had a label on it that said “the beginning and the end of all philosophy is freedom”. Did that label make it to the new board. And if not. Is that also freedom? Thanks.

  • Time to geek out! I love these videos! The "meow-dulator" is awesome! Thank you for this vid!

( Isn't it pronounced "moge" but spelled moog?)

  • Does anyone know what brand that microphone mute pad is, or how they make it work? It seems like a great idea, but I can't find a retail version of what he has.

  • My brain has exploded. Wow, is that a lot of options. Very cool that he's shared this. Great to see a behind the curtain look at a bass rig.

  • Very nice. Can we please please please get a full rundown of what Fishman is using? Would love to see his kit and what cymbals he's using currently

  • I had the pleasure of sitting in Lynch's Irish Pub in Jacksonville Beach one night with Mike , Donovan Frankenreiter and Grundy (Donovan's bass player) just drinking and talking. It was a great night and an experience I'll never forget.

  • I’m not a musician but this was fascinating. I really would love to see the set up for Trey, Paige, Fishman, and Chris as well.

  • Wow! That's a lot of stuff to keep track of AND remember how the songs go. I've been drumming for 30 years and can barely sing two bars of backup vox whilst playing. ????

I loved the chim chim effect so much. Damn, that was pretty.

His "doohickey" was a clever solution for It's Ice.

  • Interesting the riser is actually a speaker/transducer. The mic mute system was used by the Grateful Dead 30 years ago.

  • Love you, Mike, and enjoy your effects, but I think I liked your (live) sound better coming through an amp and speakers. Bass sounded a bit flat to my ears in the round room, compared to previous sound, imho.
