I play in two bands. One is an art rock thingy called La Fête and the other is a noise rock project called VICTIME.

The overall setup is quite similar but I’ll still do both separately.
I use a Ibanez AS-120 as my main guitar. It is tuned to EAC#F#BC#…
I stole that tuning from Grizzly Bear.
I always play on the neck pickup, the other is always turned down and used as a kill switch.
My second guitar is a souped up Squier Duo-Sonic with a bigsby ripoff as a bridge and a Lace Sensor Pale Blue in the neck position. The bridge pickup is unsoldered to use as a kill switch.
I’m serious about neck pickup tones..
*** I’ll be mostly using the Duo-Sonic for this rundown, I didn’t want to tweak stuff too much! It is either tuned to standard or FA#DGAE ***
My amp is a Lab Series L7 that has been inexplicably converted to a head only. I run it through a Peavey Futura 1×12 cab. When we have room in the car I like to bring my JC-160.. but that rarely happens.
The L7 is mic’ed with a SM57 for this rundown.
I’ve transcribed the whole text in this reddit thread if you can’t understand the sketchy text-to-speech!!
/u/Jeansolpartre's slightly different rig rundown! Hope you enjoy!

Very cool. Love your playing style. I too employ the germanium Philosopher's Twin (Sweetwater version with an independent switch for the grit) and a Warped Vinyl as integral parts of my base tone. Very tasteful setup and well used.
I watch this video at least once every few months to re-inspire myself and my playing and my setup. I'm still convinced it's the best board demo on the internet.
So lovely! Thanks ever so much!
