  • Beautiful work! I was fortunate to find a model 55 for $35 on E-bay that had been stripped of it's tuners and was missing a fret. Bought a bag of fret material & an aftermarket set of tuners for about $20, a couple of hours of labor and a spare set of LaBella Gold 950's, and I was astounded at the incredible sound and clarity throughout the range, particularly the ringing, bell like sustain of the high E string st the 10th fret and above, actually a bit too much. Haven't done it yet, but I'm going to replace the Gold 950's with a set of Gold 850's which I believe will calm the treble down a little. All in all, the guitar has exceeded my expectations a thousand times over, and it is highly doubtful I will ever part with it. Thanks again for your beautiful work and for featuring your wonderful Aria.

  • I just bought a aria ac50ce because it sounded so nice compared even to more expensive guitars. There was more resonance in the low strings – to me. Your review is really interesting and is your playing is great. I don't really play classical but love how a good classical player makes a guitar sound. I'm really looking forward to practicing to get that sound.
    Thanks for making this vid.

  • Very nice playing on a good guitar. Thanks for this review. There will be an Aria AC40 put
up for auction on Catawiki. The same sound – just amazing. I suppose you to be from the
Netherlands as well. All the best!
