The Gospel:
God is holy and just—He cannot ignore sin (Psalm 7). But we are sinners by nature, separated from Him (Romans 3:23). No amount of good works can fix this; on our own, we fall short (Isaiah 64:6).
The consequence of sin is death—eternal separation from God (Romans 6:23). But in His great love, God made a way. He sent His Son, Jesus, to live the perfect life we couldn’t. On the cross, He bore the wrath our sins deserved, dying in our place.
But that wasn’t the end. Jesus rose from the dead, defeating sin and death forever. Now, through faith in Him—trusting not in ourselves, but in His finished work—we are forgiven, reconciled to God, and made His children (Romans 10:9; Acts 16:31).
This is the good news! If you don’t know Jesus, I urge you to seek Him. If you do, live for His glory and share this hope with others (Matthew 28:18).

Completely agree. When the tone is "right" for me, I feel way more freedom in my playing.
