Fretboard Oil a.k.a Lemin Oil

Hi. Im jusy curious, why do my guitars strings getting having higher and higher string action even though im not using them? Is it normal?? Does adjusting the truss rod all the time is the only answer? Or do i need to lose the truss rod before retuning my strings. Im so confused

Whenever I restring my strings can only do one loop before they get too tight and will end up snapping, why can everyone else's do 3-4 loops?
