How much precision do you retain in resetting pickup heights after swapping bridges?

Wonderful video. I just replaced a very well known, highly regarded bridge (which I won't name) on a homemade jaguar, the guitar would never stay in tune no matter what I did to it, I was beginning to think something was off on the build. I bought the Tuffset with brass saddles, originally intended for my Jazzmaster, however the Jaguar seemed more in need of help, so after a brief stint on the Jazzmaster the Tuffset went on the Jaguar – would you believe I haven't had to tune the guitar for two days.TWO DAYS. This thing is the real deal, even with extreme wiggly bar action, still in tune, and it sounds super super good! Incredible design.
Loved the video. Am a huge fan of Dan's work and the Tuffset bridge. The ability to adjust saddle height is godsend esp. for partsmasters and other builds with a non-conventional radius. The rocking function is also so reliable (and I'm one of these people that use 9s, no shims etc…).

The tone comparison is actually pretty damn dramatic. I got the Tuffset (brass) to put on a build I am currently in the middle of. Paired with Gemini II gold foil pickups. Cannot wait to hear this thing in action. I occasionally pull it out of the box and just drool over it. I was also surprised how petite it looks compared to my Bensonite. Loved the video detail since I have not set mine up yet.
The original saddle grooves being 60° is due the saddles being made from off the shelf all thread and that is the thread angle. Nothing special about it really, Leo was just using what was available to save on cost I think. I wanted to like this bridge when I first saw it but the price is huge compared to the Staytrem I currently use and I think a bridge with the fewest components possible is ideal for me. The only advantage I see is the adjustable radius but my Fender is 9.5" so not required.
Couldn’t change the thimbles even a tech didn’t know how to do it, got a stop gap on there now which is fine for now thanks

I got the Trent bridge and vibrato. The vibrato is class but the bridge was not long enough for the poles to fit in. It was for the vintera ii jaguar any suggestions?
