Chorus pedals are amazing. You get all the benefits of a 12 string with non of the down side of it and you get the benefits of having a six string
One of my favorite pedals for my acoustic is the Strymon Deco. Two helpful effects in one: a beautiful tape-style doubler and a saturation circuit. I bought it for the doubling, not knowing how much I would adore the saturation (which is now an always-on effect).
I also love the Strymon BigSky MX with its addition of the "Ensemble" effect within the cloud engine. It's like a synth-string section accompanying the acoustic. On my OG BigSky I loved the Bloom machine for the same reason but a different timbre.
