I’ve been a flanger junkie since trying my BF-2 a million years ago. I try and sneak it into as many tracks as possible.
There's a reason why you want a Chorus pedal and Flanger but I wouldn't recommend buying just a Flanger pedal to get the Chorus sound as it doesn't have all the tunability/dynamics of a true Chorus pedal. But I'll agree the Flanger pedal is great and I believe it fell out of fashion during the grunge scene but I'm glad people are still using it
