Thompson D-MA Custom Demo from Peghead Nation
Thompson Guitars specializes in building high-end flattops with a vintage-inspired tonality. We recently had a chance to check out a D-MA Custom dreadnought built with mahogany and Adirondack spruce that features unusual “rope” purfling. In this video, Peghead Nation co-founder Teja Gerken and Contemporary Flatpicking Guitar instructor Grant Gordy demonstrate the guitar.
