Bromo Guitars have been the talk of the town ever since its launch in India. We have reviewed two models in the past that is the BAA1 and the BAT4Mce which were already outstanding guitars for the price range. Now we have the BAR5ce that surprises us with an all solid configuration and Fishman electronics and that too all under Rs. 30k !! Incredible to believe it.
Bromo Guitars being made in Indonesia are crafted very well and has great finishing too. This guitar also comes with a good quality bag and that makes it a great package for beginners to intermediates. Lovely guitar — looks lovely, sounds lovely. I'm sold as the "Thundering Bass" you mentioned is not a prerequisite for me (that's what a bass guitar is for, I think). Have been scouting around for a small size acoustic and this seems perfect. Will buy as and when funds permit (and hope it's available then). Thanks for your consistently balanced reviews and the additional info about the 39 inch overall length (your website mentions a short scale: under 23 inch).

I had purchased a Bromo BAT2CE a month ago from an offline store in Bangalore. It sounded so good that I rejected Fenders and Corts and went for it.
Although I had checked it thoroughly in the store, after coming back home I found a hairline crack, very thin, but around 2 inches long, starting from the bridge and running parallel to the 6th string.
Next morning I went back to the store to get it replaced, but they didn't have any other units from Bromo. So, I got it replaced with a Kepma guitar.
After this incident I have spoken to several Bromo users on YouTube and Instagram and most of them mentioned that their units developed cracks in the exact same area. This makes me sceptical about these guitars.
I miss the Bromo and want to get one in future. But are they cracking near the bridge after sometime? Or is it just my misunderstanding?
Just bought it from your store on 9th march and its gonna get delivered most probably by tomorrow ????
