Trying to play some Om and I didn't know what grace notes were, so thank you
God bless u sir! Great great lessons…
After starting on your “StudyBass” site 2 yrs. I’m back and really want to learn how to master the bass . I’ve been loving this instrument since I was a kid in the 70’s. I bought me a bass when I was 18 but I allowed other interests to interfere with my learning this instrument. After all these years I just can’t let it go. I feel that I’ve wasted this desire I’ve had for so long to bass. I’m rumbling a little, but I just wanted to share. Thanks for this great lesson, and I really appreciate the study site you’ve created. Peace out
Growing up in the music industry I've noticed things over the years, like you can kinda tell how long someone's been playing by watching their fretting hand, back when I was a young kid I remember my uncle's telling me fret the note on the fret, then as time went on I learned in the late 80s and 90s fret in the center of the fret, now everything I learn says fret just behind the fret. It's nuts how common techniques change over the years
I think the content of your videos is excellent in terms of quality, clarity and organization. Congratulations for the result! Your explanations are really easy and useful.
