  • Great idea with poor execution, terrible menu and GUI choices, no user customization and competing FX channels which overlap. Has so much potential too.

  • Thanks for the vid. If I save a preset from a tone cloud to my telephone will it be automatically saved in, say, to my tablet? Of course I am going to use the same account.

  • I have the Spark Go and was just about to buy the Spark 2 but found out you cant rearrange the order of effects. The Nu-X mighty allows that so I will most likely go with that. Sad Positive Grid omitted that feature, I am sure it is to have something to add to the Spark 3 but probably to late by then for a lot of folks.

How about a firmware update or app update to allow moving things around on the signal chain. huge miss.

  • The fact that there is no way to search your downloaded tones, no option to organize or filter downloaded tones alphabetically, etc., feels like the most basic options that any app where a lengthy list would be inevitable is missing. Ultimately, the user has to waste a ridiculous amount of time trying to locate certain downloaded tones that cannot be included in the very minimal 4 preset slots. This problem, which seems an easy fix, keeps me from using the amp more than any other reason, which aren't even close to being nearly as frustrating. Please fix this issue Positive Grid

  • Spark 2: Allow us to save loops to the machine, allow us to save them to a connected device, or at the very least allow us to record the loop via usb connection so that we can save it ourselves. The current loop isn't passed through to the computer. The computer picks up what you're currently playing and not the loop.

Please make one or all of these changes asap. I could personally crack open the APK to create a modified version that allows this in less than a week. I looked into the APK in order to fix a bug with the loop/pedal lights not matching up, and the looper messing up during light mode, but not dark mode. Took an hour to fix.

I am respecting the Positive Grid team by allowing them time to make these changes themselves. If too much time goes by then I'll have to make a modified version of the app. Sparks are great devices with way too many needless limitations.

I own a Go, Spark Mini, Spark, and Spark 2. I clearly like the brand, but they could be doing better.

Yes, it should but seldom is. On one of my devices it usually takes 2-3 tries. On another, it hasn't connected yet…
I don't have these issues with my Yamaha THR10ii.

  • Can y’all stop asking me to upgrade every time I launch the app? I’m not upgrading from the 40, instead of making think about upgrading, makes me not wanting to get another spark! SMH!

  • My Spark Neo’s arrived today. Had the time to set it up but not to play. Impressed with feel and sound quality so far. They feel roomy and the latency is pretty much non existent. Impressed so far!
Spark app is an easy interface from the start. This isn’t always the case so, worth mentioning.
This information was useful, but you bored me.

  • I can't save the recorded video on my android. It's about permission issues, even though I allowed all of them.

  • When I search AI and get the choices, is there a way to remove the search result. Meaning once I search a band, it remains there as a choice. Can those be deleted?

  • Liking everything except; other than the very first time that I tried it, every time I try to open the Spark AI it replies that something went wrong and will not work. Is there a solution?

  • I know why you didn't show how the control x can control the spark app. Because it CRASHES the app and you aren't fixing it as any sort of priority %&$**#*÷*;'

  • I don't even understand what the hell all these tech talk comments are talking about, it's all Greek to me. I just simply create my settings and practice away. And I stay clear of of those Spark controls…yikes! Great little practice amp though.
