Jazz Fusion Hack #8: Pentatonic Substitutions

This is a cool Pentatonic Trick that you can try over a 2 5 1. Play a Minor Pentatonic Scale from the 5th of the 2 chord; move up a half step for the 5 chord and another half step up for the 1 chord.

You end up with:
Am penta over Dm7
Bbm penta over G7
Bm penta over Cmaj7.
