Cavatina – Cordoba Master Series Hauser Model
Classical guitarist, Tavi Jinariu, performs Cavatina by Stanley Myers on a Cordoba Hauser model from the Master series.
The Hauser sound is famous for its perfect balance and clean separation of voices. Overtones are very controlled and resulting sound is incredibly pure, with a very focused fundamental at the core of every note. Because of this very pure and direct sound, adding color and nuance of sound is up to the player — moving the right hand over the soundhole yields a very liquidy and velvety quality of tone, while moving towards the bridge achieves a brighter, almost “brassy” sound. This style of guitar appeals to the player wanting maximum control over their own dynamic and modulation (tone color) choices. This guitar is handmade in the USA.

Best performance of this classic imo ❤
Very expressive with poses, perfect timing and ups and lows……BRAVO!!
Superb playing!
02:59 to 03:02 fantastic! with so many excellent guitarists the flow, particularly the accompaniment, stops here for a brief, obvious, period.
His tone is beautiful, but I feel the rubato is too much throughout the piece
I played this for my year 12 music exams in 1992
Tellement beau ????????❤️❤️????✨
Fantastic sound! This sounds like the way to go if you want a Hauser copy at a reasonable price. Of course, the guitar wouldn’t get to show its beauty of tone without the beautiful playing of the guitarist!
Bravo!
Daddy miss you my dear daugther ????
Just checking out all of the versions of this piece I can find on YouTube and this one I'd place No2 behind John Williams…..amazing bell like tones… beautiful timing …!!
????????????
Very soothing, very nice guitar playing.
Inspiring, lovely tune, enhanced by your superb guitar playing skills – i LOVE iT !! Bravo! Warmest greetings from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Love this version for the warmth
Any series can't win to this guitar … real masterpiece guitar
Sublime

No se nada de musica pero la cavativa me ennoblese que todo no esta perdido para el hombre sigamos luchando el dia dia gracias vida
"Cavatina" performed by Tavi Jinariu (4:10)
Nice interpretation without having to play it so robotically like a music score simulator. Perfect expressions, clean sound, and expressive tempo.
Wonderful use of rubato.
Only cordoba that sounds like a professional concert guitar
I learned classical guitar between the ages of 9 and 12. Still love listening to it even though I no longer play. The organist played Cavatina at my uncle’s funeral last month and since then it seems to be showing up everywhere for me. This version, far from making me sad, brings me joy ???? My uncle was a farmer and hunter so the theme from the Deer Hunter seems a very fitting way to remember him. Thank you Tavi for sharing this ????
Nice. I have heard many professional guitarist say this is one of the most difficult songs to ever learn how to play. Bravo. Super nice. ????????
A lot of people will say at this price point to get a luthier made guitar, I will say I fell into that hype and was shocked to find my $1500 Cordoba Solista was better in almost all respects than the 3 luthier made instruments I've tried. Cordoba make phenomenal guitars
Bravo!
Más hermoso imposible.
What I never see on the YouTubes is a documentary about WHY Torres and Hauser guitars sound so good. Seems to me it wouldn't be all that difficult to study one of these things and figure that out and use it on a wider scale. Is it the bracing? The wood? What specifically did he do??
I love this piece & enjoy playing on my Cordoba guitar also. This music has very good tone qualities. Thanks so much for playing.
Play on a Youri Soroka my friend
Quelle douceur !????????????????????
So beautiful. Such a musical performance.
