The amp
The Epiphone has Gibson USA pickup in it.
Epis run that much? Is it vintage???
THIS FORD TRUCK CAN CARRY 1000,0000 POUNDS YHROUGH WIND AND SNOW AND FIRE
1300 dollar guitar sounds worse than a 300 dollar one
The one played by someone else.
Epiphone wins
The CHEAPER one has a better tone, there is no such thing as a cheap lp
The gibson sounded better any day, but did it sound 3 times better? No.
Cheap
Gibson sounds clearer… but that is not necessarily a better sound. Just different. In fact, if you are looking for a dirtier sound, the Epi is better (for that).
Neither are cheap
In my opinion the gibson sounded fuller and richer. I did prefer it though neither will ever be in my price range or skill set
1300 is cheap for you !
Whats wrong with right, so expensive guitar? Top is terrible
I wouldn't but this guitar for 500$
The ghibson sound Better but not very impressionantly the diference
( I think they are probably sheap les Paul who sound Better )
I prefer Stratocaster fender , better price and sound , Gibson to expensive and overpriced .
Turn the volume knob all the way up on the Gibson. But it still may end up being the Epiphone.
That must be a rhetorical question right
Gibson for sure.
Money wise?
I don't know
i bought my Epi LP Studio exactly by comparing it with an Gibson Studio. There wasn`t any diference, so iám still very Happy with the Epiphone
Can’t believe I can hear a difference, but depends on the song. Expensive is definitely tighter.
nah $500 can compare all that, for now
They both sound like crap in this video. Turn the treble down dude.
Bro I can't even buy the cheap les paul ????
Sounds?, I dunno. I’m hearing it out a phone lil crappy speaker. Feel!?!? Cheap one.????????????
Throw better pickups and pots in the Epi and you'll get the Gibson sound for much less.
Nothing about the sound of an Epiphone that won’t match the Gibson if they’re both equipped with the same pups.
hella expensive vs fucking expensive
Cheap: 1200
Epiphones are $1300 now?! I paid $600 for my (used) Gibson Les Paul 20+ years ago. You can still find used Gibson LP's for under a grand
2????
For me first guitar
$1300 ain't cheap
You listen to 98% pickups player and amp..
Just saying
there not enough sound difference to justify the price difference but you do have to do more of your own set up to make the epi just as playable and a treble bleed souds great on them
Epi's arent cheap anymore. Give me the real thing
you called that $1300 Les Paul cheap?? I got my custom LP for $150 and it sounds just like Seymour Duncan
Sounds the fucking same
Why you ask which ? You buy w/ you like
I remember when Epiphone les Paul's were like $300 or $400
They were the cheap
Over $1000 now? Wow
The Gibson sounds more defined.
My 60's Standard Iced Tea cost around 3k, is there something I'm missing here? No way it's just a paint job that adds 50%.
PRS is the way to go. Gibson isn't producing any guitars worth the price anymore. It's PRS
I thought the $1299 was the expensive one????
They both sound good… definitely a sound difference, but that is all pending what the guitarist deems good
Listen to the sustain! 😀
In this instance the Gibson sounded much better. I own both and can't produce this without deliberately trying.
