Harmonic Major Scale Guitar Chords

3.Key Observations:

Ddim (ii°) and Bdim (vii°) are diminished triads, creating tension.

A♭aug (vi+) (A♭ – C – E) is an augmented chord, which is quite rare in diatonic harmony.

Fm(maj7) (IV) has a minor chord with a major 7th.

A♭maj7#5 (vi7) is an augmented major 7th chord, as its name implies, this is a major 7 chord with a raised fifth.
