Under You (Foo Fighters) Cover by Camden Kennedy
Today I’m honoring the great, legendary Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins just over three years after his extremely untimely and tragic passing by covering “Under You” from the most recent Foo Fighters album “But Here We Are.” As I have mentioned before, “But Here We Are” is one of the only albums to ever make me cry, specifically “Rest” and “Under You.” The lyrics of “Under You” are so heartbreaking, talking about how big of an impact Taylor had on Dave, how hard it was to process his death, and how no matter how much time passes, we will never forget Taylor Hawkins. So go spin your favorite Taylor tracks in his honor this weekend!
