Currently learning the Bass for Homebound, any tips? I’m using an Ibanez EHB1506MS bass with some darkglass pedals, do you re-amp your bass DI? I love the tone but anyways; I love your music and it’s helping me become a better player
I evidently don’t know how to use stompbox compressors, because whenever I try them, I never like what it does to the sound. You said that compressor stomp is “the key to your entire sound”..? If so, then good. ????
My experience has been that most musicians think talking about gear is boring, but I’m sure not that way. Ppl into cars all talk about their “hemmys” (whatever tf that means), so what’s the difference? I think the tools which make it happen are pretty damn fascinating. I enjoyed watching this.
