How do you get that great tone? A Fender Precision US made and an Ampeg amp? Line out? PC?
Hi again mark
Another mind-blow step for me, an intermediate beginner. Exactly what I needed!
DOPE !!!
Absolutely brilliant Mark, you put these video over so easily, your the best by far 10/10
Give me your backing track????
I'm enjoying your video.
I'd like to have the score in the lesson video.
Thank you.
Super noob question. But if this is based off of the dominant C7 chord, why is there a G + G flat and a B + B flat in there ? I guess it's one of those things that just works ? or is my understanding of it incorrect ?
More talking than bass
Awesome, can’t wait to hook into it
love it dude you made me funkier!
Thank you for these videos!!!
Honestly man, you’re awesome. You’re such a great teacher
When you play i hear a slight buzzing going on in the notes. I have that too when i play. I wonder if that is acceptable or normal and how you think about that. It sometimes bothers me and then i think i'm doing it wrong. But i hear it when professional people play the bass as well. So: do you consider it to be normal? Do you hear it too? How do you feel about it? Thank you.
As usual , a great lesson. Thanks Mark.
Thank you so much for the lesson))) what strings are you using? flatwound or roundwound ?
Wow this is such a good lesson! Thank goodness for rewinding! Also, I bought your scale app! Excellent!
Love your work, great!
Thank you so much. I loved this lesson. You are greatly appreciated. What a fin turnaround. Cheers
As a beginner it's the turn around part 4 that is tricky to play.

Thanx again Mark! Great lesson. Could you come up with a lesson about David Bowie's Space Oddity bass line? That would be great!

Another great lesson Mark! I love how you don't just teach a riff, but you teach something else along with it that we can take with us and apply in other areas.

You are great at breaking down and explaining the mechanics of riffs and patterns. Keep up the good work.
