Fender Player II Modified Strat Final Thoughts

Just The Tone

So these are my final thoughts on the new Fender Player II Modified Strat after spending a good amount of time with it. There are many excellent features and very few negatives. The playability, fit and finish, noiseless pickups, rosewood fretboard and great color options all make this a great guitar overall for me. The price can be a negative since the used market will probably be flooded with these in just a few months. I would personally wait to save some money. I would change the pick guard but that is completely subjective and doesn’t change the sound or play of this guitar.
