Knocked Loose Rig Rundown Guitar Gear Tour
Purveyors of punishing ’90s-style hardcore chisel their heavy sound with down-tuned 7-strings and contrast that with timely, lighter hues of delay and modulation.

In celebration of their sophomore release A Different Shade of Blue, the Kentuckian hardcore youngbloods nearly crumbled Grimey’s with their breakneck ways during a full-band, in-store performance. (Watch the full performance here—shockingly no records or employees were harmed.) The next night the quintet took over Nashville’s The End for a proper record-release show. And before that sold-out performance, PG’s Perry Bean stopped by for a post-soundcheck hang to cover all the Ibanez instruments, blaring tube heads, and select effects they use to create sweaty, chaotic pits.

Pov: guitar tech nerd meets guitar tech need
Knocked Loose should stop using Quad Cortex and go back to real tube amps
Its the standard A tuning same as Korn tuning?
I love the way Issac said “no” when he was talking about how he doen’t use the Swollen Pickle as an always on pedal like the OD9
The way he quiets down just screams “if it was an always on pedal nobody would make it out of the venue alive.”
Ibanez ATK basses are rad! I have one and it's such a nice neck to play.
seeing knocked loose at the end was probably insane
During the course of 24 hours how many times do these guys say the word “super”? Jesus.
This band sound awful.
I like these guys vibe . Id jam with these guys. Just started listening to this band last year. I like the heavy low jams.
And now they use kempers
Vein rig ????????????????
Lol thinking of knocked loose playing the end is incomprehensible
Dudes got anxiety. I get it
I hadn't played guitar for about 6 years. Never had a 7 string never even seen a multiscale IRL.
So I bought a Schecter C-7 MS. Why not get both? And honestly, after not playing so long, the guitar didn't feel any different until I got to the bridge. The angled bridge took a LONG time to get used to. To control the strings and such. But now, I'd NEVER play anything else.
Im in Drop A and my tension is like a standard tuned guitar. It's AMAZING
I called Ibanez asking about the Knocked Loose guys MX Some Shit and they didnt know
PLEASE do Kublai Kahn TX
Anyone know what gauge strings he uses?
Agreed with actives.i love bare knuckle passives tho lol.
How is the maxon not plugged into anything but working ?
Exactly
This had to be nuts at the end
Is it me or does Issac kinda look like Matt, from MoistCritical/Penguinz0
That is a beautiful hunk of wood my dude
Would love to see an update on KL now that their production is like 100x lmao
3yrs later and the 5150s are 1500$ and up lol glad I held onto mine
7:37 "You can buy a used 5150 for like 500 bucks." Bro where, tell me fuckin where.
That bass set up pretty cool
man i can't believe how much i feel like i got in common with these guys…love this shit
This dude is as stoked as I would be lmao
That's it, I'm getting a swollen pickle pedal. That thing is ridiculous!
vocals are dogshit
This video gives me the vibe of talking to a touring band outside a dingy venue and becoming mutuals by talking gear haha love this video
that vocalist :/
Singer sucks. Wow lol
This sold so many Swollen Pickles
My friend lost his tooth to their show in Nashville someone elbowed him in the pit
do sunami if you haven’t????
Isaac seems like such a friendly, normal dude compared to the sounds he makes with his hands and mouth ????
The singer sounds like a pre pubescent china girl lolol
One of the worst live bands I’ve ever seen
“There’s a bunch of numbers”
Pretty much me when I try to tell people which Ibanez guitar I have too lol
LOL we been using flange/chorus fx since 2006
Perry is a good conversationalist… I hear him being very casual and comfortable, the way friends talk. He keeps the conversation moving along, and he knows his stuff. I'll enjoy a Perry hosted rig rundown any day.
