  • Name dropper! Albert Collins and Tab Benoit, two of the blusiest Tele masters. Tab is still touring and making great music.

  • "the amp responds in a particularly cool way (sometimes called sag) and the sound just gets warmer, fuller and sweeter" As in power supply sag?

  • Why is everyone on John's back? This interview was fine; he seemed interested, and was respectful throughout. Neither of the interviewees were particularly outgoing, I think that may have had more to do with any 'awkwardness' sone people may have perceived?!! 😛

  • The saddle on the Martin looked to be have special compensation on several strings, did not look stock to me but I've never seen that model up close. Great video, thanks!

  • I haven't been watching these rig rundowns that long. I've probably seen a half-dozen of them. I always enjoy them. Although some people commented that this one seemed a bit awkward, I don't think it was John Bollinger's fault. He asked the right questions in a good way. Both Jonny and his tech were just not particularly relaxed and smooth in what they said. Regardless, I think it was great–very informative, and it gave me a sense of Jonny's personality and his gear, which is the goal.

  • That is just a gorgeous guitar, looks so unique…different from all these overrated Telecaster common color and design…this is even better-looking Tele compared to John 5's Tele equipped with humbuckers…:)

  • Frigging "Pedals R Us". I've been bitching about this since the late '70's. Can't anyone besides Angus and a few others just plug it straight into the amp and let it rip? Frigging pedals, you don't even have to know what to play. Stomp on a box, and i'll play itself for you.

  • A very humble guy that Jonny. His tech is someone who cares about his work and the guy he is working for…great RR!
