Still have my original from nineteen eighty three
God, I fucking hate Tube Screamers.
You can use it as a PRE EQ. You don't even need to turn it on or supply power to do this. As long as it's in the front of your chain it will clean up and shape the dynamics from your pick ups before sending the signal into distortion; filtering the highs and lows as well as the natural contour of the pick ups.
I use the jhs bonsai for mine
Russell Brand really knows his stuff!
Why not demonstrate?
happies guitar player on youtube how happy is he look at him i becoming happy when i watch him
eh, it would seem that this is not a basic pedal, but I wanted an overdrive for myself, to play around with, and as a booster to a high-gain preamp, no matter how much I chose, I still understood that the best overdrives sound like you are at a concert or rehearsal of a world-famous band… But only ts9 sounds not like a rehearsal, but like a recording from the most successful album of this band. This is the ideal tone… Thinking that a miser pays twice, I bought ts9… and it turned out to be 2 times more expensive than my high-gain preamp)))… although I took it as an addition… But its sound is truly magical!
I use an Empress Para eq after gain devices and it has a wonderful boost.
CHECKITOUT.
Stacked in front of a Big Muff or Rat or other dirt box that's more scooped as a tone shaper so they can cut through the mix
Another good way to use it is by using it to recreate the ride the lightning sound
That's not 3 ways.
It's the same one way repeated 3 times.
Choob streamer
TS increases upper mids but it sucks lower mids. So, your "core tone" definitely does NOT stay intact. It is a mediocre distortion pedal based on 80's technology. I only use it for one very specific strat tone which is a kind of SRV/John Meyer sound. For anything else I recommend different pedals.
All these yourube just make people have adhd
This try hard is so fucking annoying
Love it
With a bass and a Morley Powerfuzz wah pedal to get Cliff Burtons sound
Adrian Smith ALWAYS used his Tube Screamer
My ts9 is one of my only “always on” pedals. The ts9 sounds phenomenal for any type of high gain lead
Why is he always wrong in parts..
no1 the Tube screamer will never keep your core tone intact there is a mid hum even with the gain down and the volume up so will always suck out the bass and boost the mids.. if you want to keep you tone the same for a boost guess what get a boost.
Whats a Shube Screamah
Best way to use a tube screamer. Step 1 sell it. Step 2 buy an sd1 step 3 own a better peddle while having g more money
More toan
Is this worth getting for amp sims & recording?
Can you move around a bit less
Dagan I love ya but why do you always look like you're holding in a large size piss
Bro, i I just ran it through my Marshall combo on the OD channel and it sounds amazing.
Even in 3000 years, there were still vidéo about to explain how to use this green box ????
Moving too fast the pedal couldn’t see the settings thanks
Got the ts808dx with a boost and it’s sicj
Now I HAVE to buy one haha ????l
Yup!!!! I use it as a boost best pedal ever. Better than any boost option on any pedal/amp. It makes everything sound fuller. I use it to go from distortion to heavier distortion & it’s so great
is Nick Menza wtf
I'm new to pedals, and just bought the Metalcore.
If I plug it in the back, I lose control over my lo, mid & treble on clean tones, what pedal do I need to control this?
