Looking for my first bass, price range looks right, electronics look interesting but few reviews have noted fret buzz. Is this a setup or equipment issue.
great vid, does anyone know if it can play passive? thanks
Love the tonal versatility of mine, but it’s brand new and needs some work. Neck needs an adjustment and I’m pretty sure when I upgrade the nut, I’m gonna find out the stock one was cut too low.
Do these have better pickups than the regular SR300Es? This one sounds better than mine.
Beautiful bass, would love to add her to my collection.❤❤❤❤❤
It's a shame that some of these beautiful paint jobs, they stop making.
I have this model of Ibanez bass and it sounds great,.. however when I hit an open E string,.. it Almost sounds like it out of phase ! Even I play around with the EQ,.. it doesn’t quite sound right ! What’s ironic is,.. the A-D and G strings seem to sound fine ! Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening ? ????????????
is uggo
this is perfect! im learning bass guitar and i think this guitar is good for my first buy, thank you so much for the review!
Thank you very much. I own a 5 string version, and I always forget the controls. Covered everything!!
Why is it that the cheaper ibanez has the better necks? Maple is better than bubinga every day of the week.
Best Review Ive found for this bass
Hi! I have this bass and I love it. I just got the strings changed but I’m hating the new sound and miss the old ones. Do you know what strings/type of strings this bass uses?
Where can one get that model? It's not available to us in Europe… It's not fair
I have almost the same bass in almost the same finish, only mine is black fade metallic.
I gather mine is a 2017 model, so the body is mahogany, neck is maple/rosewood and fretboard is also rosewood too. Nowadays the body is Nyatoh, neck is maple/walnut and fretboard is jatoba…
Paid the ridiculous amount of £95/$116 pre-owned from a private seller in 2021. It only needed a replacement 9v battery and some strap buttons adding. Its an utter gem, the neck is so smooth, comfortable, playability is as good for a beginner as it is for anyone more experienced and that thin neck is so fast compared to my "broom handle" Warwick Rockbass.
I wouldn't hesitate to add another SR300E/EB if I was given the opportunity & whatever you pay, you'll think it was a bargain when it rewards you????
It will be my "daily play/ go to" bass guitar and has such versatility ????
What a beautiful bass! I'm a guitar player looking to learn bass, and I'm between this bass and the passive Yamaha TRBX174. If I can afford this one I'll probably go for it, however. Such a great variety of tones!
I have this bass but it’s only in the shiny gray color. I do however have the Ibanez RG450DX guitar in this gray/white finish.
Slappa da basssss!
