How do the UAFX pedals fit into all this?
The Blackstar sounded too fizzy to me,even the Friedman was a little fizzy?What did you plug these boxes into for this video?
I recently got the Friedman IR-D – and it really delivers! I'm running it direct to FoH. I was previously using stompbox distortion into the Quilter Phantomblock. It was ok, but this is so much better and more versatile. Worth pointing out (because I didn't know this at first) even though the IR-D doesn't have an XLR out, it still delivers a balanced line-level via 1/4" and I just use a patch cable from 1/4" to XLR to go into the house sound system.
I feel like the Carl Martin Ampster doesn't get enough love. It's a great pedal platform with XLR out with bone-simple controls. I love mine!
I appreciate to see the NuX getting some video time, it is an underrated amp sim. But where is the all analog, zero watt guitar amp option: DSM Humboldt Simplifier?

What about EHX 44 Magnum? Is it any good? What about the Carvin 100 watt stereo amp in a box? Is it any good?
Maddening. Good video, but jeebus, enough of these demo's with mostly neck pos. single coils! Why? Should have done a bridge humbucker per pedal also. I rarely play neck single coils, so I learned very little about how these sound.
The McFly Sunrise Amp Sim is a pretty sweet sound. It come close to my Catalinebread Dirty Little Secret MkIII but I use it with my Fender Princeton amp or my Boss GT1000 core on the Twin amp sim
Wow talk about timing, I just literally came back from the store with a ToneX, these look great, especially the Nux and the Iridium but for the price, I think the ToneX is the best one
Definitely bluguitar amp1 mercury is the greatest ever…this wrong though because they're mixing amp like pedals with real actual amps
