First time in several months I was playing really good tonight I don't know how it just quit and I went wild it was really good it was great I'm looking up today I was feeling very good for some strange reason I don't know why everything I was in the foil thank you though.

Yeah, this is great! Back when I would get bored at gigs playing the same songs over and over, I played a little game where I instead of playing stuff with my 1 and 3 fingers, I would instead play it with my 2 and 4 fingers. Barre chords, little phrases and licks, etc. It got my hand a lot more mobile, got my pinky way stronger, and I started playing differently because I wasn't moving one big chunky hand around anymore. Super great excercises!
