  • thank you. I always take on???? like before listening to your videos to make sure I don't forget because I know that I will always enjoy them and learn a lot.

I think I probably played this song back in the day. in fact, I think it was back before the day as it was so long ago and out keyboard player had a Vox Continental single manual and it sounded brilliant.

There is nothing that I don't like about your videos…. of course You cannot comment on other tutors but let me assure you that many are presented in a very irritating way and your yours are presented like a musician and a friend who is sitting in the same room and saying hey man, let's play this and that's what I want.

As I would have said, in various posts, I really would struggle to learn and remember specific notes (other than small sections such as whole lot of love and paranoid) and what I look for are two aspects (1) The chord sequences and (2) The main riffs or sequences ranging from the most simple To get by to first attempt ranging to what what is played on the record and also to how the starter riff can be greatly improved as you demonstrate with the box concept and with the chromatic runs.

What I will take away from this video is the sequences including the 18 or 19 bar aspect ???? and lots of ideas what I could play to add to my free range rambling bass lines.

So in songs there are patterns I need to aim for but it comes down to what Bo Diddly said " Don't play what people tell you to play. play. what's in your soul". having said that, sometimes I'm not capable of playing what I'm told to play ????????????

I only play it blues jams and some open stages and I'm not being paid and I'm not in the band. so the idea is to have fun and play well and not spoiler the people's music and videos like yours are a great help THANKS
