Hello! Omega was my first exercise on Instagram in 2020, it was the most popular guitar workout, and I updated it today! Thanks for the support.
Analyzing the harmony
(Am to Dm) is a movement of 4ths, Dm is the 4th chord of the A Natural minor scale.
(Dm towards G) also repeats the movement of 4ths
(G towards C) also repeats the movement of 4ths
(C to F) also repeat the movement of 4ths
(C towards B dim or Bm7b5). also repeats the movement of 4ths within the harmonic field of (A Minor Natural)
Finally the E chord appears, It often has the Dominant function for Am and comes from the harmonic minor scale, but in this exercise the chord is suspended in E and it would be as if it were the key in E and the scale would be E Phrigian Dominant

Por último aparece el acorde E , tiene muchas veces la función Dominant para Am y viene desde la escala armonica menor , pero en este ejercicio queda el acorde suspendido en E y quedaría como si fuese la llave en E y la escala sería E Phrigian Dominant
