genial
Very cool, thank you! Is that an Elrick?
Jaco influenced?
The ding was heavens approval
Wait….. for the first few seconds i thought the playback speed was 2x lol. I got to church 20 mins early thinking i was gonna warm up. I think I'm just gonna pray until service starts lol
SYNCHRONICITY with that ding!
Bass!
how Long this excersises takes? 5 minutes?
Lit dude????
Good exercise, but what isn’t emphasised enough here is to really slow it down at first. Get it really solid at a comfortable tempo and move on – be honest – is it right on the metronome beat, each note clear and precise tonally, legato with the next note, correct posture, hand comfort) The temptation is to try and do it fast but it’s a road to frustration and poor technique.
always a pleasure watching your "never out of inspiration" videos, too cool ! Cheers from Europe :o)
I love you dude Ngl
Hey buddy, great vid. Can you do one on techniques to internalise time and getting subdivisions really solid?
Love that Elrick!
Thank you so much Brotha ????????????
Greetings from Uganda ???????? ????????????
Fire????????????????????
This has been bothering me all day and it just hit me. The reason why this feels weirdly familiar to me but different: this is a similar pattern (not the same) as playing "Snow" by RHCP on guitar, there's a weird circular thing going on and you can move it around anywhere to get good effect out of it
sloooooooooow down. UUUUgh.
Perfect timing! ????
One thing that would be helpful is, when you cut to the tab and had a yellow dot jumping around, to also have the actual outline of the pattern greyed out, so viewers don't have to go frame-by-frame to piece it together. Also, is this quartal harmony? You mention fourths yet never elaborate.
very good one
guitar player here. Started on bass and I like to see what bass players do now that i have more concept.
tabs, please??
You are blessing to the world
Thank you.
I watched it at half speed to better understand the pattern, and you sound absolutely hammered ????
That ding on time was too magical ????
Sweet little lick. I am going to try adapting it to my 6 string fretless and work across the fingerboard rather than up just for giggles.
Thanks for your vids!
