  • I've purchased an EHB last winter, though it's the one with straight frets, along with a BTB25TH. I love my EHB, but I love my BTB a lot more. Strange for an old guy with back problems, but the BTB is so well balanced I don't feel the weight at all. Issues I have with the EHB are: the truss rod is very stiff, it's difficult to file the nut (removing and putting back the strings a lot of times you can break them, at least when it's done the issue is gone), exposed core strings are difficult to adjust especially the B string. The locking jack can be flipped or the latch (the red part) can be removed altogether.

  • Very nice video!
I love the Pale Moon Ebony and Fishman's silver colored mics!
Sounds cool and I am going to buy this one!

  • Great review. Thanks so much for playing it clean without any amps/modeling on to color the sound.
I used to have a BTB 6 string which was a great bass. I will now have to seek this one out to try myself
    Cheers!

  • You don’t know how long I’ve been waiting on a demo of this instrument.. finally. Thank you so much. I’ve been waiting for a demo checking YouTube everyday since I saw it at namm. I own a bass from the Cort factory that is also headless with fishmans.. I love it. I’ve been patiently waiting for this bass because i love the feel of these EHBs a lot better.. and these are some of my favorite tone woods compared to the one I own from the same factory

  • Beautiful bass, but the Fishman's are scoop-city just like always. Would be great for your Korn cover band though.

  • I want to love headless basses for practical reasons, but I can’t for aesthetic reasons ???? killer review though!
