Jonny, for a fraction of the price of this I would recommend you to try the Behringer BDI21. That’s the pedal I brought last year for the RnR Circus UK tour. It doesn’t have the compressor, but main advantages over the Sonicake are the lightweight plastic construction, speaker emulation (Ampeg sound) and most of all it can be battery operated! Paid 13€ on marketplace ????????

Although I loved Motorhead's performance of Ace Of Spades on The Young One's, my personal favourite performance of the 12 episodes made was The Damned Video Nasty & Alexei Sayle Doctor Martins Boots. Complete lie about the oil.

Basically I'm a jack of all trade's, a man of many talents despite having no talents at all apart from the triangle, I'm a complete beginner to all those above instruments but….. I can play a mean Triangle solo the only instrument I'm at an advanced level at.

Hi Jonny, that's a very cool gadget. I thought your "P" bass sounded really good before you even started the demo and when you brought the gizmo in it took it to another level. A great little piece of kit. Moterhead day is all well and good but you know you're one of the greats when you get a whole month like Sid has, he did it "May Way"…………..sorry.
motorhead, I would say blend about 2 o-clock, overdrive cranked, treble about 3 o-clock, and compression about 2 o-clock. ( roughly speaking )

When you engaged the Overdrive that pedal lost some volume which I thought was a bit odd !!, the preamp side sounded good though ????
