  • Well it’s been 2years now, what do you think of the Xavier guitar now. Got one just like it on my radar. Enjoy your weekend

  • I received one with bad electronics and their rep was inflexible about their return policy, so I'm saddled with it. My view is: deal with them at your own risk.

  • The RTS-760-SCE looks like a nice guitar and I appreciate you taking the time to make this video but I hope the sound of the guitar coming through my monitors is due to an inferior mic. It's very hollow and tinny sounding. Perhaps you can record a clip or two in .WAV file format so ppl can download it and listen in a more controlled environment. Just a suggestion.

  • I bought mine, same model with cedar top and the laural negro sides and back. As a part-time luthier for about eleven years, and a builder for almost ten of those, I also find it hard to believe how they sell these for the now $349? I think it currently is at.
I spent 18 months living in Shanghai years back for a furniture company, and to be honest, you can get great quality out of the Chinese if you simply lay down exactly what you want, and have the quality people in place to monitor. It's the reason why Apple can build iPads and iPhones in China, and why GM builds a great Buick over there that we cannot get. But that aside, quality can be had in China if you pursue it. This guitar is a great example.
I've shown mine to a few customers, some playing multi-thousand dollar guitars, and when they play this Xaviere, they universally wonder why they spent the money on the pricey model. Latest was a lady who came in with a Taylor with a cracked top. I had her play my Xaviere, and she bought one that night, called me a few days later and told me "Thank you, thank you, thank you."
They are probably one of the best kept secrets in the acoustic guitar world. A fully equipped acoustic with case, (excellent case, btw), to your door for about $440 including shipping.

  • Hey, thanks for the demo. The front is solid wood, what about the back and sides. I emailed GF and they said it was solid, I'm not sure I believe that since the description doesn't say that they are. I would think they would have made a big deal about it being all solid. Thanks!

  • Adam That’s killer man. I’m tempted to stretch for a tele. I always hated teles as a drummer I guess they looked funny. As I started learning more about guitar I have come really want one. Awesome deep tonality from this acoustic. Nice pickup brother. Peace.

  • finally got it in the mail yesterday evening. (i ordered it on NOV 24 2018 and got it JAN 4 2019) it took 4+ weeks to get a tracking number and I almost canceled my order because of that. i am so very glad i did not cancel my order because this video does not do this guitar justice . it is very beautiful . you have to see it in the sun to really see all the little things they did to this guitar, for the price i really do not understand how they can make these. I have tested all the frets and not found one dead fret. the neck is straight and i didnt even have to adjust the truss rod , im really blown away by the build quality of this guitar . i was thinking for the price id have to do a little fret work maybe adjust the nut , something but it just plays great right out of the mail box after a tune up. One thing i might do is take the bridge out next time i change the strings and take a little off on the bottom side of it to lower the action just a little bit, a 32nd or two, but its completely playable as is. If your looking for a gift acoustic guitar, a starter acoustic guitar or a guitar you can gig with and not worry about it getting banged up on the road i would highly recommend this company. i like it so much im thinking of getting a second one with the spruce top and a different wood/laminate for the back and sides so i can compare the tone. for the price they are asking $329.00 these guitars are just amazing. and they always have some big sale going on so you could get it for less.i plugged it into my Electric guitar amp and it just sounds amazing, being able to blend the two different pickups is very nice.

  • That guitar sounds great! Xaviere doesn't show the nut width on their website. Would you please post a comment here with that info? Thanks.
