  • Also Known as the Tone Professor! Love to discussion on the "why" you chose what you chose, and why you placed it where you placed it, etc, etc. Could listen to the technical side of all this for days ????

  • Thanks very much for sharing your wisdom. I am curious, what are your settings on the Shin's boost and Chase Preamp? Looks like on the Shin you are at 9 o'clock on the dials. On the Chase, are you using the mid voice? IS your level at unity? Thanks a lot. I have both these pedals and the Vibe Bro, just wanted to see how you set it. Thanks again.

  • Dave have you ever checked out the Jam Wahcko point to point wah? If so, how does it compare to the Oxbow?

  • This is my favourite guitar channel , absolutely love your playing and content , i would really appreciate your feed back on some off my video demos . The pedals and the tones you get are really something else , your choice in chords and melody choice really stand out . Thanks for the content and info , keep it up .best Bruce

  • Hi Dave! Is the Ibanez DE7 a good alternative to the EM5? Impossible to find the EchoMachine in my country. Thanks!!

  • Hi Dave, Great rundown & seriously inspiring playing/ tones! I have a few question regarding the Echorec. What are your go-to settings? 9V or 18V? Did you tweak the internal trimpots at all? I've found on mine own that I needed to increase the modulation & decrease the gain to get it really dialed in to where I wanted. Each players tastes are different obviously, but just curious if you found the same. Thanks!

  • How come the fuzz face isn’t true bypass? All the original ones were, I thought the Ivor was supposed to be an accurate reproduction?

  • Hi ,David. Being the Boss FV300L a low impedance volume pedal, how do you avoid tone loss? Is it with buffers? Thanks!

  • Great to hear what you use yourself! What a board! By the way, have you heard the new phaser by Mojo Hand Fx? Suppose to be based on the Maestro phaser.

  • Thanks for this Dave. Great to hear your thoughts and reasoning for the pedals and chains. I just realised, no chorus?! Lol

  • Great vid. Question: how do you manage having the third stone on a tight pedalboard when it runs on batteries? I noticed on Doyle Bramhall's rig he has it labeled "turn off". Is there a way to keep it plugged in without running down the batteries ?

  • How does the rhythm and lead share the same delay/reverb. It has me baffled. I'm trying to do a similar board set up and would love to know.

  • Hi Dave, i love those Hendrix/Landau style double-stop hammer on's and just wondered which you thought was the best amp for doing just this specific thing? 🙂 i'm trying to figure out weather the JTM45 or SLP plexi style tone is most suited to this . When i tried it on a voxac30 i got a flubby unmusical sound like the notes were clashing, then on a SLP plexi style tone it sounded sweet and musical. I'm not experienced with gear just having fun! Sounds wonderful through your rig here…
