Mine is the martin D-45
I'm in love with the Luna Vineyard
personally I believe the Epiphone Dr-100 is the best
D18 or D28. Preferably both! Until then I’ll keep picking away on a piece of junk that I only paid £60 for… and I think that was generous. Until I save enough for the Dreadnaught.
2 words, MTV Unplugged
Considering I have only played cheap guitars since I work for a living, I haven't a clue. But from the ones I have played…I like Guild acoustics
I’m a Seagull guy for the rest of my life. They’re beautiful, sound amazing, easy to play, and affordable.
HD28
Electric guitars are a diamond dozen and pretty much all of them are decent however… When it comes to acoustic guitars… You absolutely get what you pay for
D18. One and only.
its sefonytley the martin or yamaha nylon ( master)
Overpriced pos
Taylors project well
i was gonna say PRE WAR martin d-18
Bob Dylan’s guitar. It was very acoustic. he played a spectrum of great songs
It’s so subjective but I’ve played a lot of em and I find a J35 to be the most comfortable best sounding guitar to play
Cheap tanglewood I was gifted years ago that's covered in scratches and stickers. It's really rich, bassy and plays super smooth.
CLICKBAIT
I play a Fender CD-100. It was my first guitar and I absolutely love it.
The best guitar is the one with all the strings.
Don’t know the number but I had a cheapo Fender for a couple of decades. Sounded great with the sound hole pickup.
D18 is the over rated for sure
Trick question imo although the Martin D18 is a beauty.
There’s tons of good sounding ones and I’ll suggest some of my favorites that aren’t cheap made like a squier or a rogue or a Mitchell
Cheap$ :Epiphione Dove or Hummingbird. Sigma DR8.
Affordable$$:Eastman E10, epiphone j200, Yamaha FG 850, gretcsh5024.
Expensive$$$:I’d say a Maton 808, Taylor 814, Martin D28
Ridiculous$$$$: LowdinF35,Lakewood M56 KOA
Never gonna see at a shop$$$$$$$$:Greenfield G4.
It also depends on how good the hands are holding the instrument. As a guitar player myself, I’ve witnessed a bunch of players make pawnshop junk sound better than a brand new custom shop guitar worth thousands.
Of the acoustics I’ve had, Epiphone DR-400 MCE master built and a 1970s Ventura were the best. Those are the only 2 I’ve kept. The Ventura needs some work done on it. It’s worked hard for 50 years.
Well for Martin it’s actually the D-28, but of all time it’s the Gibson J-45, Hummingbird, or SJ-200 depending which sound you want. Never a mahogany back and sides for a Martin.
The Martin D18 is a great guitar but I think the Martin sigma D18 is one of the best guitars cause rock legend Kurt Cobain used it
I was literally about to say….
Well in this case, it may have a lot to do with who's playing it why it sounded that good.
