Nice craftsmanship but god awful design
I’ve never been a huge fan of the FRX shape but damn…. The combination of finishes on the top, back and fretboard compliments the FRX shape so so well. As a lifelong fan of ESP, I’d take that over a PRS Private Stock or Fender Custom shop any day. There’s only two custom shop guitars I would take over something like this FRX from ESP, a Gibson custom shop built Jimmy Page or Alex Lifeson Les Paul; id hang it in a glass case on my wall and only take it down for special occasions

Legit question:
no one is buying these $20k+-$100+ guitars, especially every year, so how the heck is any company, let alone esp, able to make so many high end guitars that will never get played??
It cant just be one guy buying or 1%ers private collecting; there has to be some tax writeoff nonsense or something “fell of the truck” situation for real.
