An economy graphic eq and a JHS 3-series Fuzz. I have both versions of the Spark. They are the most bang for the buck of anything I own. Great problem solvers!
I guess that the gear on That Pedal Show is aimed at rich or professional level guitarists and they can bang on a bit. But my favourite episodes are when they show hobbyist level guitars and effects. I'm still trying to work out what the best splitter is for the mythical wet/dry rig, but the Lehle might be the answer
Would love to see you bring in a helix expert (Mr Hindmarsh perhaps) and try to replicate Mick and Pete’s pedalboards.
Did Mick's blind aunt cut his hair?
"I just don't see any need for pedals,” says the Strat-wielding blues rocker with a nod to his trusty old Mesa/Boogie Mark IV tube amp. “I have this theory that if you get a kickass amplifier, why would you put it through a $100 pedal?”

Summary: great player, with great guitars and boutique pair of amps… doesn’t matter too much what pedals go in between
You guys did well, but I gotta say I REALLY love my Kingsley pedals and I think the Balladeer might be my favourite of them.
That Behringer delay splits wet/dry. The direct output is dry which then makes the main out 100% only wet.
I think this is such a great idea for a series. Now we need Captain Lee to do it with his work pedalboard.
… well done
Great Mike!
Hello. I'd just like to say that, as a pensioner on a budget, this series is very relevant to me. Thank you.
Unfortunate the audio for wet/dry doesn’t seem to be panned L/R.
where is Pete?? I need a Pete video please its been two weeks
Gotta love Mick. I admire his confidence and freedom when playing here and on TPS…, like he KNOWS he can keep up with 90% of guitarists out there, and has nothing to prove.
I think that this goes to underline that the more expensive boutique pedals adds that little detail that makes a difference to the feel of what you as a guitarist will experience when playing. As a listener, maybe not so much – but my experience as a guitarist is just that. The higher quality pedals makes a difference to you as a guitarist.
17:13 del bosque hahahah
It was nice to hear Mick explaining his board from the point of view of the guy who uses that board for shows, as opposed to the way he talks about pedals when he's evaluating five different choruses or something like that. The reasons for the various components choices, and the advantages they confer, we're a little more clear to me this time.
Two clowns ????????
both boards amazing for what they are.
Awesome episode. Glad to see Mick @ Andertons again. He is such a stellar player, toneformer and obviously overall awesome dude.
Did mick buy the sg? ????
Anderton’s with mick ? I’m already sold ????????
Thing is your still using expensive Amps
Wait no 'Hello, Mick here'?
thats the only time that murphy labs SG will be played through a £20 delay pedal.
Once I went stereo there was no going back to just one amp . Love it
I’d have added a QuarterMaster in to replace the G3?
Captain: can you do quotation marks without doing the flippy finger stuff? ????
Nice a cheap with a $1799 switcher.
I think a good take away from this is, the player can make most rigs sound good because of who they are. Mick is an exceptional player so, the cheaper rig sounds a o k.
Just the board, and the switcher are $4,000
You would think Dan would have hooked Micj up with a G3atomS with the scribble strips so he doesn’t have to use tape ffs ????♂️
