Best band since age 80's
His sound comes from whomever or whatever entity that possesses him when he walks on stage. If you've ever seen him live, you'd know exactly what i'm talking about.
I watch videos done by others. Then I use parts of their videos and regurgitate info found on the internet

Just listening to your description of how he gets his guitar sound tells me how complex it is to get a signature guitar sound for yourself. Two technical for me????????

Ten. I counted ten Marshall stacks when I saw them in 2010. There is disagreement as to whether some of them are dummies. Malcolm had two.

Angus uses very few basic cords , not needing much skill, but they can be played loud n hard… Power cords are the most simple.
On those videos where they talk to the guitar techs, his tech said it's 9 heads in series to get his sound!
I met him after a show in 1983. My buddy and I waited 3 hours in a snowstorm until the band emerged from the venue. Shook his hand and got an autograph. Brian as well. Really nice and sweet fellas.

Angus also has his own personal amp tech that hand solders his marshall amps. I dont know if he mods his amps but Im sure they are different than stock.
Imagine sucking so bad on guitar you have to wear that ridiculous outfit to distract from your mediocrity.
An interviewer once asked Angus for his response to a claim that he was the best guitarist in the world. He responded, with a laugh, "I'm not even the best guitarist in our band." During another interview he said, "Malcom can do anything I can do on guitar, but I can't do everything he can."
AC DC was the loudest band i ever saw live,For those about to Rock tour!! And even STILL they are Easily one of the GREATEST Sounding bands i have ever seen!!!! Mindblowing!!
