  • I put together a modeling rig in a briefcase and run the headphones out to a mid-size Bluetooth speaker and it sounds great and the specs are basically the same. It sounds really good and was significantly less expensive and people are always surprised when I’m outside using battery power.

  • Que tal serian 2 de estos para la calle ( no concierto naturalmente ( de volumen seria como el Roland Cube Street 2?

  • A battery powered FRFR makes no sense, unless it can power your modeler. No 9-12 VDC 1 amp outs, no wireless. Someday maybe.

  • I'm a beginner with FRFR things. So basically, if I get an FRFR speaker (I consider a big one for stage use) for my PodGO, I can go directly into it, and I won't need a separate power amp for the speaker?

  • Hi, I have a nux mighty BT mkII to practice in my bedroom, anyone kow if this FRFR with a valeton multi effects pedal will sound better?

  • Thanks for the video! I just got mine today. I have a question. Whenever I put a high volume I hear a buzzing sound, even if nothing is connected to the amp. Is that normal?

  • Will it power your multiple fx pedal or will you still need to plug that into the wall?

  • They need to do a version with 2 8” speakers at least 100 watts. I own the original headRush, the MX five and the prime. Along with their 112, and 108 FRFR. I also have a powerful battery pack that I can plug a wall outlet into from one of these boards. So a battery operated speaker sounds great. Just needs more power.

  • 2 of these would be great if they can do trs. Better than headphones if I just want to jam. Pete is right about the volume of big units. But on the flip side could be pretty awesome with audio interface.

  • One of the nicest performances I've listened to from DP.
I can't remember what the video was about, but it doesn't matter, I'll watch it again.

  • So these are out of stock everywhere. Are they popular or just not released in the UK yet?

  • Because the board has a L and R output, and the thing doesn't have two inputs. Makes sense headrush didn't make it sterero

  • This is kind of a solution for a non existing problem. Or rather a product that does not have the feature that would make desireable for me. I explain why. Don`t get me wrong, it can be a very well priced bluetooth speaker competing with similar products from Marshall or JBL, if I was about to buy such a thing I will consider this, probably will be a winner as it has a dedicated input for modelers.
But from a users perspective I miss a possibility of powering the modeler that is connected to it, probably it would soak the battery much faster but still you'll have portable, fully battery powered solution, like ZT Lunchbox JR used to have, it had a power out to feed your effects and still running on batteries. Or it could have some built is simulations that could make it a stand alone unit too like the Spark mini or go.
I would be totally into this unit if it could power my modeler. Or even for a cheaper version without the battery option.

  • £130 amp played on with a £3,000 guitar and £900 pedalboard. Of course it sounds good. You should do a setup that emulates the player who would buy this.

  • Pete is correct about using the AUX for getting a stereo sound from your modeller. Plus the Bass and Treble still applies to the AUX signal as well. No need to get two of these to hear stereo. Unless you want to get a very wide stereo effect in your room, then you should indeed get two of these babies.

  • I keep coming back while waiting for my FRFR Go to be shipped and im amazed everytime by Petes playing at the beginning

  • Oh man, I ordered one and plugged it in today. I used my PodGO- it sounds absolutely amazing. I also plugged it in to my PodExpress. I am in my house in a 10×15 room with eight foot ceiling. I can’t crank it – it’s too loud. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
Thanks for the review. I bought it because of this video. If I wasn’t in the U.S. I would have bought it from you!

  • Is this also a good solution to run some semi modular Moog at home? I only have guitar amps but prefer something small and compact for playing synth and don’t to want to use my interface and pc monitors

  • Is there any latency when plugging into the Aux-in? I've been researching bluetooth speakers and heard a lot have bad latency on aux inputs due to signal processing? Hoping to use this with the headphone out from a Fender Mustang Micro + if someone could confirm latency is not an issue.

  • I use one of these in the bedroom with a Friedman IRX and a boss ds1 going directly in, that’s it ????????

  • I wonder if they will release this but bigger, and with xlr inputs/outputs. More like a cab to compete with Laney and others. I have both sizes of the PA style headrush frfrs and they're just too awkwardly shaped to pack. I have a laney 2×12 that I use with my headrush live and rehearsing and its amazing. I just think that headrush has the resources to make a cab shaped version in 1×12, and 2×12 that would go over well.

  • Can this unit amplify the guitar sound directly without going through a digital multi-effects? And….sounds good? I know that’s not the finally of it because is not a guitar amp but the doubt “is blowing in the wind” ????
