Too rushed. I literally still have no idea how to use an amp sim. I have studio monitors, 2 different audio interfaces, headrush pedalboard, FRFR12….All kinda stuff. Did some tiktoks, etc. But a complete newbie to amp sims, plugins, etc.
Used an Otto Audio amp sim on Tonex, became obsessed didn't even know it was a Brand thanks.

hey the issue im having is when i record my amp sim recording it records but when i turn off my amp sim in the mixer track i record from. it takes away the amp sim effect from my recording i just recorded

Would be great if you made (or, if you've already made one, a link to) a similarly themed (rudimentary level) tutorial on chain setup and sim pedal functions.
I have always used guitar hardware (line6, kemper) cause plugins has too much latency and I can't figure out why.
Good stuff, but maybe cover the hiz input on nearly every interface these days and address, interface preamp effect and gain staging
You are probably getting players buying DI boxes they may not need them at a beginnings stage
My neve shelfords have hiz ts inputs with their popular RNDI built in the box, good vid though, simple and to the point

Holy shite. Why so incredibly insanely complicated? Can't anybody make it as simple as an amp with an overdrive? Humans are so good at trying to improve nothing. With an inferior digital shit.

Im thinking about purchasing amped roots. I have the scarlet 2i2 and havent been getting any sound. Ill try turning the gain down but im struggling to get sound or work reaper. I studied hiurs before finding this. Hope this works and im not missing anything. I have an asus laptop, ltd guitar, cable. Minus a speaker set and camera or editorial software. Any info helps thanks!
