  • These bass companies need to sponsor you, a lot of people who review basses don’t even truly play the bass

  • Hey Rama – I've been enjoying your Sire videos, but I'm not sure about the necks – I tried a Z3 and liked it but my next bass is my "main" Bass and having a chonker for a neck might not suit my playing. I've been looking at more "modern" but still characterful basses like the Sire M series and the exact model of TRBX you have here – I really like how the neck pickup sounds and how the flame tops look, though it's definitely at the top of what I can afford.

What would you recommend? I'm a pretty "general" player, I mainly play alt rock with some funk, random video game music etc., I can slap but not very well(the Z3 slaps really well for a chonker neck). Do you think a Yamaha would be a better bet? I love the Stingray tone, but getting the sort of Stingray I want under 800 quid seems difficult, another HB bass could fit the bill for me.

  • Dude, I've watched so many of your videos and I always come away impressed. I'm looking to buy this bass, would you recommend it over a similarly priced Sire M series (M2/M5)?

  • I was surprised as to how well it sounded. I might add this to my collection. Thanks for the nice video because so many never get around to playing the bass.
