Hsienmo Guitar Review with Dan Ahern and Alan Comerford at Crowley’s Music Centre
Hsienmo Guitar Review with Dan Ahern and Alan Comerford at Crowley’s Music Centre. Crowleys are the exclusive Hsienmo dealers in Ireland. We are so lucky to have come across this brand. Every model from the cheapest to the dearest is made to perfection with excellent quality tone woods and hardware. An exciting feature of these guitars is the floating fingerboard which allows for more sustain and resonance, and the bolt on neck which makes it so much easier to maintain the guitar for life.
These guitars are inspiring, and a pleasure to play. Thanks so much to Dan and Alan for checking them out.

Cutaway sounds best
They sound and look really good. Look like a quality product.
BUT, BY NO MEANS IS IT A MARTIN. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!!!!!
I thought the guy on the left was Josh Homme for a second ????
Thanks so much. Was Driving me crazy!!!
See my lengthy comment below about Hsienmo acoustic's. I own 4 of the, all from their custom shop. I can back the claims stated in this video: I used a small light and inspection mirror to cover every square inch of the insides of my Hsienmo's, and you won't find a single splinter, rough sanding mark, chisel marks, or glue squeeze-out anywhere. The small team of master luthiers at Hsienmo really care about the best quality. Quite frankly, I'm blown away………..especially for the price. You can put them up against acoustic's costing 3 to 5 times as much……….I kid you not.
While I commend you gentlemen for discovering Hsienmo's FINE acoustic guitars and becoming a Hsienmo dealer, I've gotta say, it seems you really need to do some more research to gain even basic knowledge of acoustic guitars in general. Because that is NOT a "D45" clone………that is definitely an HD28 clone. ALL HD28 clones ( including the original Martin's ) have HERRINGBONE purfling on the guitar's top with standard "dot" fret markers. ALL D45's including any clones have ABALONE EVERYWHERE, including the large abalone hexagon fret markers. I own FOUR Hsienmo acoustic's, all purchased factory-direct from their custom shop: a D45, a Grand Auditorium that also has abalone everywhere, along with all ebony binding & armrest, including a gorgeous abalone "vine" that covers the entire ebony fingerboard, and a killer 5-pc laminated flamed maple & rosewood neck. Both of the aforementioned have top-grade Adirondack tops and solid Honduran rosewood back & sides. My 3rd Hsienmo is their medium jumbo with venetian cutaway. It also has abalone purfling & flamed maple binding everywhere, with a top-grade German spruce top and IRW back & sides, with a solid mahogany neck like the McPherson acoustic's. My 4th Hsienmo is also a medium jumbo, but with no cutaway. It has a killer cedar top with the most beautifully figured cocobolo back & sides I've ever seen on an acoustic, along with abalone purfling & quilted mahogany binding everywhere. It also has the beautiful 5 pc laminated flamed maple & rosewood neck. I've owned quite a few high-end acoustic's over the years, and I can honestly say my Hsienmo's are the finest of them all……..from build quality & woods used, to perfect set-ups right out of the case, and the best volume, tone, and sustain. I am SO thankful I stumbled across Hsienmo guitars' youtube channel, as well as various reviews…….and all of them raving about the quality. I bought the 1st one, and was SO impressed, I wound up buying 4 total within an 8 month period…….all online, factory-direct. Before this, you couldn't pay me to purchase ANY guitar without getting to play it first. But Hsienmo's videos do an amazing job of demo'ing every guitar. And if they sound THAT great over a youtube video ( all played acoustically, no pick-ups & onboard electronics used ), you KNOW they're going to sound even better in person. I can't say enough great things about Hsienmo acoustic guitars. They truly are THE REAL DEAL.
Some lovely sounding guitars there, More of this please! Maybe some "different" or rare guitars next.
Received my Hsienmo D45 deluxe a month ago. It will hold its own with any Martin or Taylor, for less than half the price. Yes. the bridge, bridge pins and nut are camel bone.
Thanks Guys. Great guitars and players!!
! What’s the name of the 1st song. Just can’t get to lyrics /name of the song. Pse put me out of my misery!
That´s not a D-45, looks like a D28/HD28 tribute.
Ordered mine just before the new year and they had Chinese new year celebration so I am patiently waiting for mine. Cannot wait!
You fellows coax wonderful sound from those fine sounding instruments
WOW!! I don't know if it's because the performer played so well or if it's just the sound of the guitar that's good.
I like yeer style lads.. Yee should play together more, an getting the tones from the great sounding hsienmos…. Cool..
