Nice video man! Question about the octaver. How does OC3 compare to OC5?
DL-8 was the best Delay that I had for acoustic guitar…
What sound source or amp were you playing through? Thanks
Que bonito tocas , sali enamorado de los pedales y de el. De como toca
If you cant do an acoustic gig without pedals, you don’t belong on that stage. Key word is ‘acoustic’ i.e. zero effects. Sick and tired of sitting through boring gigs with chodes building up loops. Such bhuuuuuulshit.
Olá , você está usando esse amplificador fender de guitarra ?
that immerse Mkii is sick! Also that first demo you did – fantastic brotha!
What amp is he using?
Some good tips here but the presentation is confusing. First, you present each pedal individually, but the order of presentation bears no relation to the order of pedals on the board. It is then difficult to see what the order is, because there is no full shot from above of the board. Finally, it is difficult to tell if the guitar goes into the pedal on the far left or on the far right.
Interesting choice of pedals. I have a similar size powered board to configure. First on is LR Baggs Align Session – a preamp with the saturation and compression/eq control.
I will probably add another EQ. I’ll add reverb and delay – I have options there, just need to experiment. I like the OC-3. Might have to pick one up.
you need to get a BOOMERANG pedal phase 3 version hehe you would have a blast
I play the guitar as a hobby but really need to know what pedals and effects would give my finger picking a rich sound. The effects on the immerse one sounded really good though
Hey how r u? Great video. I’m learning. I have OC5 and the AD 10 – I love em! You’re right they’re very solid tools for acoustic music. You are a heckuva guitarist btw. Question on the reverb, does it have other “atmospheric” sound other than the one you used? I need that one. What’s your take on the AD 10 looper? Kinda unfair it doesn’t “undo” huh?
Beautiful! must ask what pickup you are using on this video. Its gorgeous!
try the Tank G and you'll be surprise
My 20 yr old Yamaha AG Stomp pedal still has everything I need. When I stopped using undersaddle pickups, it sounded great.
Interesting line-up man! Love the Boss Octave, it's a must have for acoustic guitarists. Might have to give the immerse a go!
Nice video and board. I have the Neunaber Slate with the EXP expansion.
I’ve always run the OC-3 in poly just to get bass as I play.
Will have a go at running the Seraphim shimmer into the different oc3 modes.
I’ve found my Taylor’s ES2 piezo system respond well to the TC BodyRez.
Comments about compression are interesting. I think you can allow for a wider dynamic range as a solo artist.
In a band I use an optical compressor to sit in the mix.
I also decided to run stereo and use a HX1 =>> Halo =>> Cloudburst (replaced my Slate).
I have a stereo DI which sums to mono if the stereo option isn’t viable.
What are your favourite modulations to use with acoustic?
looper goes last in the chain after effects
Great job on the board and playing. I think you would love to put a Strymon Cloudburst on there.
hello sir jamie what pick up do you use for the guitar sir?
Your pedal order boggles my mind. Logically, I would have the it: Octave/Delay/Reverb… But that’s just how my brain works.
Nice
What amp were you using?
hello ! what kind of acoustic microphone does he use please ? sounds great !
what pickup is that?
For those looking for an even smaller footprint, the TC Electronics Plethora (3 or 5) is and amazing tool based on the individual needs of the player: Looper, Phaser, Reverb, Delay, Octave, Compressor, etc… and all assignable into the chain. It's a great all in one fly rig.
That guitar looks just like the martin road series very nice
Could you tell me what pick up system you are using in your guitar? Love your sound and the songs you played in the video
Nice job! No Compressor, huh I'm still working out which comp to use on my rig and where in the chain. Currently running two, a Mini Dynacomp which is excellent at killing feedback (mystery science in that thing) when set real low, and a mini Ego that has good blend and light/dark functions. Might just keep both on!
Oc-5 is the major upgrqde to the oc-3
