Thanks to Strange Angles for sponsoring the tones in this video! https://strangeanglesmusic.com
Hell yeah, thanks for showing, also congrats to 100k!
/me laugh-cries at a guitarist that finally has to see how well bass gear will work instead of vice versa.
1. compare it to the Nano Cortex. not the QC
2. Anagram has limited bass amp sims, BUT it has almost all Darkglass pedals which you missed completely. And those are the tone shapers for bass. Which also could be used for guitar.
3. you weren't sure about it, but Anagram is being updated regularly, and they are improving it a lot.
Slaves to marketing: Listen:
Nothing sounds like analogic.
next product you might wanna try out would the Paint Audio CE 1. it's a PC in a form of quad cortex chasis that could load you existing amp suite/plugin
How did I miss a Taylor upload??
your video's are getting better and better man
Hi Taylor..can u do review on NUX recto distortion pedal? Salute from malaysia
10:30 sounds more like 2 or more IRs in a row
$1200 ?? hard pass
Hi! I play guitar live and my tone sounds great on stage through my amp or monitor—balanced, warm, with good lows. But what the audience hears through the PA is often too bright and thin. Even when I use a cab sim and go direct, it still doesn’t match what I hear on stage. How can I make sure the FOH (front-of-house) tone sounds like what I hear on stage? Any tips for setting up multi-FX or pedals for consistent live tone
Thank you for the video. I'm all in on NAMs but I have been hesitant on the Anagram for the reasons you laid out. Only two true Nam loaders but I can't justify $1200 for a NAM loader with a Linux (free) operating system and a sales pitch of FREE (NAMs) product; specially when a HX Stomp does so much and good quality for $600, not to mention the uncertainty of support. The screen already seems to be slightly unresponsive, what is the guarantee the product has continuous support for development and update releases? I would love to support the company and watch it grow but at this point, either the price would need to be lower, or the offerings have to be higher.
Womp womp, bassists finally get something geared towards them and guitarist rip on it for not being guitar oriented. Anagram RIPS, Quad Cortex is over rated. Let bassists have something cool for a change.
Ahh, good, my guitar player won’t be tempted to ditch his Helix and steal my Anagram.
Maybe the guitar version can be the Mammogram. ????. QC and the Anagram is overpriced for what you get in my opinion. All the best
Soooooo… Strange Angles releases paid packs for a free plug-in? Damn. Those greedy corporate fucks have gotten clever!
allegedly the next batch is finally being assembled and shipping to dealers soon, Darkglass responded to a message I left on a video.
Just waiting on Darkglass to get mine to zZounds…
I plan to make a lot of NAM profiles of old/obscure gear >_> m/(>.<)m/
Darkglass said it'll be expanded and including 3rd party possibilities.
lol the QC can run the entire band including the singer if you want it to. it's a beast
Orange Super Crush 100 when???
Totally loving my Darkass Analgram, they still need to patch some bugs but its working great overall
I started using more and more NAM profiles and I thought last night that if my old modeler pedal could load them instead of the crappy amp simulations it has, I could use all the modeled effects for just spicing up a great tone.
could you please review the Hughes&Kettner TubeMeister Deluxe 20
I would like a modeler where it sounds great and has tons of vetted presets to take most of the work out it and updates that improve or add with what's there.
400 more for a lot more
Tuned presets that I wouldn't have to do too much to dial in.
background sounds are from RE LOL
I like it, but its not worth $1200.
Idk what the hell a North American Music loader is but I played through a borrowed B7K at a gig one time and I sounded exactly the way I imagine having infinite money sounds, so I am a Dark Glass fan.
