I LOVE that you've included The Deep on this list. I found her via Twitter and her music is good and interesting! She's great!! Also yes amen to Ten's entries here. My personal favorite on the album is Waves, because I just think it's so perfectly done in its simplicity, but the album is just so freaking good throughout. He's such a perfect performer. And NMIXX, yes!!!

Have you heard Plot Twist by Atheart, one of the bes k-pop debuts and one of the best songs of 2025 so far for me.
I am a blink, the projects I liked so far this year are Jisoo and Jennie's album, Seulgi's comeback, and IVE Empathy. It kinda feels like an empty year tbh. I'm excited about IVE's and aespa's next project.
i was skeptical about the chase at first, until very recently. I've fallen in love with it, I am listening to a lot these days.

I really enjoyed your top 5 choices, It is similar to my top 5 most listened songs with one exclusion. Why did "Style by Hearts2Hearts not make the cut? Its a wonder capture of looks like SNSD and feels like twice. I don't disagree with "the chase" being on the list but "Style" is personally my song of the summer. Not the song I was expecting from Hearts2Hearts at #1. I fucking love Style, it is peak K-pop bubblegum perfection and I will not hear otherwise. It deserved a spot on the list. But The Deep is a fabulous shout, good on you for spotlighting her.
izna’s sign is SO underrated i love the synth, the vocals are amazing and the melancholic feeling it has is something i didn’t know i needed!
