My favorite part was when she said, "It's goop time" and proceeded to goop all over the circuit board.
That sound cost thousands of dollars ??? Why do i feel like the high rollers who buy 6-8-10,000 dollar pedals are suckers? I mean it doesn’t sound THAT unique , but I digress , I am ignorant about many things like that that without hands-on experience is indescribable to an untrained noob. I get the difference between analog magic and digital dryness , but it just sounds like a fuzz/distortion type sound .. why the down payment on a house to get it??
I don't get it why is it expensive cheap pedals sound better and do more interesting things.

It's only so expensive because it was very popular after stopped being available…. Sure it wasn't particularly cheap for a pedal at the time but it was hand made by one man… It wasn't particularly overpriced either
