The amplifier from Palco sounds the worst. They have cheap quality board inside. Even the speakers are very bad quality.

There is no grounding!
One thing to note here is that he has mic'ed the amp and produced the video so it is sounding full. Originally the amp in itself will most likely sound tinny due to the minimalistic design, speaker size and cabinet. So please don't get misguided by the sound quality of this video. The most common use for this amp would be for practice at home by beginners without the luxury to mic it using a high quality mic and studio speakers. Basically 950 bucks amp is not going to sound this full on its own! So save and buy something better.
