You're an idiot
How do people like this get record deals.
is completely depends on what you're trying to achive. the idea that anything is more correct than anything else is completely silly. know what the pedal does and then think what goes into the pedal and what comes out of the pedal and what do you want to do with the sound and then you decide where to put your pedal
The more I learn about this guy the less I like him.
Ok, nihilist.
Yes, but…
time based effects definitely matter for what sound you want. I like reverb before the delay in the FX loop with most of the other fx in the front of the amp, but you can do all sorts of things for whatever sound you have in mind.
No corporation ever told me anything about pedal order.
Youtube guitar snobs on the other hand …..
I mean, we should be just putting death before life. Really get in the weeds man
For bass I like octave before fuzz with a wah behind the fuzz it makes fun synthy tones.
Who has time to worry about pedal order, in fact who has time to play guitar?
I don’t understand why you would put a compressor anywhere but towards the start of you chain. The best boosts I’ve ever owned are compressors.
There’s a way I wanna order my pedals when I get the ones I’m wanting to finish my board with. Tuner, dirt pedals, noise gate, modulation, delay/reverb, pitch shift
There is no “right or wrong” way to do anything. The recommended order of pedals is to preserve tonal qualities of each effect as the signal chain progresses. There is a purpose for it, but maybe that sound we are chasing is found by putting your modulation in front of your distortion, or putting a OD pedal in the fx loop. The key is to experiment, it’s all play anyway.
Ah but knowing the rules before you break them is the deference between a mushy garbage tone and a less garbage tone.
I don't want my reverb compressed! I want my guitar and gain compressed… with reverb on it!!
The shit won’t work in certain orders. Terrible advice.
Did you eat a bunch of bath salts and decide to make a video?
Lmao ???? ???? ???? its sometimes true…. sometimes not but this is comedy gold
It doesn’t matter what order they’re in. I sound like $hit anyway
This is puke, not a tone
