Original Justice Tone VS Bass Boosted #metallica #jasonnewsted
A comparison of what the And Justice for All album originally sounded like, with the lack of bass, and the bass boosted version. It was Metallica’s fourth studio album, their first one with their new bassist, Jason Newsted. And, for whatever reason, they basically turned his bass down to 0.

That might be too much bass tone….
There was a reason, Metallica still were struguling with clif death, and didnt want to make things easy to jason
Now all i can hear is bass.
To me original sounds better
This is if steve harris was involved in the mixing.
Holy hell. Easy there turbo. That's WAY too much.
bass shouldnt be to bassy and "warm". Bass shouldnt destroy the coldness of the sound.
References Testament "practice what you preach" and Overkill "years of decay".
Unpopular opinion, the original is better.
La mitad de eso y listo
I always liked this album the way it is
Yes il like juste for all
Makes one wonder, why was Jason even in the video for One.
Im sure Bob Rock was involved, in keeping Jason out. But atleast Jason shined live!
Liked it the way it was better
Justice for Jason ????
banger
El brillo es lo que le da al disco la originalidad.
You made it too loud
Bass over rules
Mit Bass ist viel besser ????
'Neither so much that it burns the saint nor so much that it doesn't illuminate him'… Something in the middle would be ok
What a bass tone!!
Bass is too loud. Turn it down. Then turn it down again.
Ok, turn it off, now!!
Way better!
The before. Sounds. Better
The lack of bass in the old makes it better, the highs sound more clear.
