I bought this guitar after watching your review . It is an absolute gem for the price . The pick up is amazing . Plugged into an artist tweed tone v and the clean tone is just so sweet. I had to sort out the action but once you’ve got it to your liking .. the more I play the more I’m in love with it.. I can see this is gone out of stock on the website .. couldn’t be happier with the purchase .. and oh .. no matter how hard I bend it never seems to go out of tune ! ????

I already have an Artist LP59 Gold Top with P90s. It was perfect straight out of the box. It has great tone too. These folks really do produce world class gear.
Its 6 times cheaper than an epi slash but as good
Be good if they made stainless steel jumbo frets. No body use nickel no more .

I just received mine. I am amazed straight out of the box. Intonation done already. I will set it up the way I like it then I am done. Great pickups. No issues at all and for the money? Wow!
You could give this guy a broom handle to play, and it would sound like gold . BRILLIANT

I've been trying to buy 1 but every time I get the cash their sold out
les pauls only have one sound and are too heavy to play standing up at a gig, get a strat, way more versatility
The clean sound is always where the great guitars shine .

I am interested in a lighter weight LP style electric I have bought a few Artist guitars and they are VERY heavy. But is this chambered LP balanced? Is it top heavy? Anyone…
I scored two brand new at Vinnies a less Paul and Squire style for $ 200 but they are left handed , I'm thinking of detuning and experimenting with heavy sounds , maybe swap strings back around but I'm not sure it will play the way it's supposed to , or just sell them surely left handed guitars are rarer so more valuable and impossible to sell ??????
i got the black Lp 60 to complement my strat i wanted that gary moor thing and it does the job its way better than an epiphone special wich is notorious for the dull note on the thick E string this is much better for the price

I have the Artist LP6 stealth. It's absolutely awesome.
I bought one and my guitar has a stunning finish it plays so sweet after my initial set up to my liking . All I need now is a case ????
ARTIST guitars are right and quality made. Not expensive, but a very good basis for further electronic mods and mechanical improvements. Up to original LP (or other originals) level and more. Perfect for different experiments that you can later realize on expensive original instruments.

Hi Peter, love your review. I never have an electric guitar. I am playing nylon and steel (with DIY undersaddle pickups). The clean sound of the guitar is beautiful. With the song you played, did you use a distortion overdrive?

What a great review. Artist Guitars certainly seem to be shaking things up a bit. Would love to see them produce a 12 String electric along the lines of a Rickenbacker 3xx/12 or 6xx/12 with a similar value equation to their LP and Strat lines.
