Expresso FX MKI.V Mini Fuzz

Stoked to welcome Expresso FX back to the channel! ???? This is Sof’s incredible take on a MK1.5 Tone Bender (a close cousin of the Fuzz Face featuring that legendary volume knob cleanup), which he has dubbed the MK1.V Mini Fuzz! It contains OC75 OC75 and OC76 Germanium transistors, new old stock from the ’50s, ’60s and ’70s!

You’re hearing it with my Black Bobbin Phantone with Emerson Custom Pots and Treble Bleed, and Lollar Pickups Black Bobbin Jazzmaster Pickups. The amp is my Cunningham Amps Custom 35 2×12″ and Echo Fix EF-X3 Tape Echo, Scumback Speakers H75-PVC 8 ohm 65w speakers in the cab. Mics are the Royer R121 and R10, Lauten LS-208, and Ohma Ribbon into a Universal Audio Apollo x4 and Ableton Live 12 for mixing.
